Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh dill
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Place salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the top and add dill.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.

  • 2 eggs
  • 300g flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cream butter and sugars, add eggs.
  • Mix in flour and chocolate chips.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 300ml milk

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk milk and egg together.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  • Heat butter in a pan and pour in batter to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
