Baked Salmon

Simple and delicious baked salmon with lemon and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh dill
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Place salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the top and add dill.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
