Baked Salmon

Simple and delicious baked salmon with lemon and herbs.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon
- Fresh dill
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the top and add dill.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
