Chicken Tikka Masala

A flavorful chicken dish cooked in a spiced tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast
  • 200g yogurt
  • 2 onions
  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
  • Fresh coriander

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for at least 1 hour.
  • Sauté onions until golden, add tikka paste and tomatoes.
  • Cook chicken in the sauce until done.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice.
