Chicken Tikka Masala

A flavorful chicken dish cooked in a spiced tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast
- 200g yogurt
- 2 onions
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
- Fresh coriander
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for at least 1 hour.
- Sauté onions until golden, add tikka paste and tomatoes.
- Cook chicken in the sauce until done.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice.
