Lentil Soup

A hearty and nutritious lentil soup packed with vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 200g lentils
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Sauté chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic in olive oil until soft.
  • Add lentils and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
  • Simmer for 30-40 minutes until lentils are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper before serving.
