Lentil Soup

A hearty and nutritious lentil soup packed with vegetables.
Ingredients
- 200g lentils
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Sauté chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic in olive oil until soft.
- Add lentils and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 30-40 minutes until lentils are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
