Pancakes

Fluffy pancakes perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
- 200g flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 300ml milk
- 1 egg
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk and egg together.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat butter in a pan and pour in batter to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
