Spaghetti Carbonara

A classic Italian pasta dish made with eggs, cheese, pancetta, and pepper.
Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
- 150g pancetta
- 2 large eggs
- 100g Pecorino cheese
- Black pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
- In a pan, cook pancetta until crispy.
- Beat eggs and mix with grated cheese and pepper.
- Combine hot pasta with pancetta and remove from heat.
- Quickly mix in egg mixture until creamy. Serve immediately.
