Chocolate Chip Cookies

Classic chocolate chip cookies that are soft and chewy.

Ingredients

  • 250g butter
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 100g white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 300g flour
  • 200g chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cream butter and sugars, add eggs.
  • Mix in flour and chocolate chips.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
