Baked Salmon

Dave Fass

Simple and delicious baked salmon with lemon and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh dill
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Place salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the top and add dill.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.

Beef Tacos

Delicious beef tacos topped with fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Cheese
  • Salsa

Instructions

  • Cook ground beef with chopped onion until browned.
  • Fill taco shells with beef, diced tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and salsa.
  • Serve immediately.

Spaghetti Carbonara

Dave Fass

A classic Italian pasta dish made with eggs, cheese, pancetta, and pepper.

Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 150g pancetta
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100g Pecorino cheese
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
  • In a pan, cook pancetta until crispy.
  • Beat eggs and mix with grated cheese and pepper.
  • Combine hot pasta with pancetta and remove from heat.
  • Quickly mix in egg mixture until creamy. Serve immediately.
