Baked Salmon
Dave Fass
Simple and delicious baked salmon with lemon and herbs.
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
1 lemon
Fresh dill
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Squeeze lemon juice over the top and add dill.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.

Beef Tacos

Delicious beef tacos topped with fresh ingredients.
Ingredients
500g ground beef
8 taco shells
1 onion
2 tomatoes
Lettuce
Cheese
Salsa
Instructions
Cook ground beef with chopped onion until browned.
Fill taco shells with beef, diced tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and salsa.
Serve immediately.

Spaghetti Carbonara

A classic Italian pasta dish made with eggs, cheese, pancetta, and pepper.
Ingredients
400g spaghetti
150g pancetta
2 large eggs
100g Pecorino cheese
Black pepper
Salt
Instructions
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
In a pan, cook pancetta until crispy.
Beat eggs and mix with grated cheese and pepper.
Combine hot pasta with pancetta and remove from heat.
Quickly mix in egg mixture until creamy. Serve immediately.
