Baked Salmon

Simple and delicious baked salmon with lemon and herbs.
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
1 lemon
Fresh dill
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place salmon on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Squeeze lemon juice over the top and add dill.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.

Greek Salad

A refreshing salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese.
Ingredients
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
100g feta cheese
50g olives
1 red onion
Olive oil
Oregano
Instructions
Chop cucumber, tomatoes, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine vegetables, olives, and crumbled feta.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano before serving.

Lentil Soup

A hearty and nutritious lentil soup packed with vegetables.
Ingredients
200g lentils
1 onion
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
2 garlic cloves
1 liter vegetable broth
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Sauté chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic in olive oil until soft.
Add lentils and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
Simmer for 30-40 minutes until lentils are tender.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.

1 zucchini
2 carrots
100g broccoli
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
Chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and add vegetables.
Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, add soy sauce, and cook for another minute.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
