Caprese Salad

A fresh salad made with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.
Ingredients
200g mozzarella cheese
3 ripe tomatoes
Fresh basil leaves
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Slice mozzarella and tomatoes.
Layer mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil on a plate.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper.

Mushroom Risotto

Creamy risotto with mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
300g Arborio rice
1 onion
200g mushrooms
1 liter vegetable broth
100ml white wine
50g Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Sauté chopped onion and mushrooms in olive oil until soft.
Add Arborio rice and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add broth and wine, stirring continuously until rice is creamy and cooked.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper before serving.

Spaghetti Carbonara

A classic Italian pasta dish made with eggs, cheese, pancetta, and pepper.
Ingredients
400g spaghetti
150g pancetta
2 large eggs
100g Pecorino cheese
Black pepper
Salt
Instructions
Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
In a pan, cook pancetta until crispy.
Beat eggs and mix with grated cheese and pepper.
Combine hot pasta with pancetta and remove from heat.
Quickly mix in egg mixture until creamy. Serve immediately.
