Vegetable Stir-Fry

A quick and healthy stir-fry with seasonal vegetables.
Ingredients
1 bell pepper
1 zucchini
2 carrots
100g broccoli
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
Chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and add vegetables.
Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, add soy sauce, and cook for another minute.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
