Vegetable Stir-Fry

A quick and healthy stir-fry with seasonal vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 100g broccoli
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and add vegetables.
- Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, add soy sauce, and cook for another minute.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
