Vegetable Stir-Fry

A quick and healthy stir-fry with seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • 100g broccoli
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  • Chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan and add vegetables.
  • Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, add soy sauce, and cook for another minute.
  • Serve hot over rice or noodles.
